Founded in 1989, Harvest Land Ministries International has grown from a single vision to a global movement across nine nations.
The Founder
Dr William D.O. Ouma
Founder & President — Apostle of Jesus Christ
Born and raised in Busia, western Kenya, Dr. Ouma accepted Jesus as his savior in 1978 after suffering from multiple illnesses for approximately seven years. When doctors had given up and left him bedridden, he gave his life to Jesus — and was miraculously healed.
After serving in various capacities, Dr. Ouma founded Harvest Land Ministries in 1989. He has served as an Evangelist conducting crusades across nations, as an Apostle establishing over 207 churches, as a Pastor growing a church from 3 to over 1,000 members, and as a Teacher founding Harvest Land Bible College & Seminary.
He holds Ph.D. degrees from Shalom Seminary and Regent University, is a graduate of Haggai Institute, and was selected by Dr. Billy Graham for the Amsterdam 2000 congress. He currently resides in Kisumu, Kenya with his family.

What We Believe
Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ is absolutely essential.
We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost.
