About HLMI
Founded in 1989 by Dr. William O. Ouma, HLMI is a faith-based, non-profit organization focused on reconciling and transforming communities through the gospel of Jesus Christ. We empower marginalized groups, promote spiritual growth, and address critical issues like poverty, health, education, and justice. Operating in over 8 nations, HLMI collaborates with international agencies and governments to ensure sustainable, impactful service delivery.
HLMI fosters spiritual growth, unity, and empowerment through discipleship, and community outreach.
